Terms

Who you are dealing with

TabGod is made by Applicative Consult, CVR 38836234, VAT DK38836234, Denmark. Support and legal contact: support@binarybusiness.me.

Purchases are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase, which means your contract of sale for the licence is with __TABGOD_MERCHANT_NAME__, and that is who appears on your card statement and receipt. Applicative Consult is the developer and licensor of the software itself.

Tax

Because Stripe is the merchant of record, Stripe calculates, collects, and remits sales tax and VAT for the purchase in the countries it supports, at the rate applicable where you are. The price shown at checkout tells you whether tax is included or added. Your tax receipt comes from the merchant of record, not from Applicative Consult.

Applicative Consult does not account for VAT on these sales under the EU One Stop Shop scheme. Any statement to the contrary, in any earlier draft or template, is wrong.

What you are buying

A one-time, perpetual licence to the optional on-device intelligence features of the TabGod version you purchased, for $25. It is not a subscription. There is no account, no device limit, and no recurring charge.

The licence is delivered as a signed file that your copy of TabGod validates on your own machine. No server is contacted to check it, before or after purchase. The free edition of TabGod remains fully usable without a licence.

The licence is personal to you. You may install it on the browsers and machines you use. You may not resell, sublicense, or publish the licence key.

A licence covers the version you purchased. If a future major version is sold separately, your existing licence continues to work with the version it was issued for.

Refunds

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose it — which is what you are agreeing to when you complete checkout. This paragraph describes the law and does not shorten it.

Beyond that, refunds are handled by __TABGOD_MERCHANT_NAME__ as merchant of record. We ask them to refund any request made within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to support@binarybusiness.me and we will help you reach them.

One consequence worth stating plainly. Because your licence validates entirely on your own machine and no server is ever contacted, an issued licence cannot be remotely revoked after a refund. We refund anyway. We are telling you this because it is true, not because we expect it to matter.

What we promise, and what we do not

TabGod is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will suit a particular purpose. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live, and where this section conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Our liability arising from the software or its sale is limited to the amount you paid, except where the law does not permit that limit — for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for anything else a consumer's rights protect.

TabGod runs inside a browser we do not control. A browser vendor can change or withdraw an extension API, and optional browser-native sync is the vendor's service under the vendor's terms. We cannot promise those will not change.

Governing law

Danish law governs these terms, and the Danish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms that apply to your licence are the ones published when you bought it.
